Everything is provided for children (crib, stroller, high chair), as well as for everyone’s leisure: board games, beach toys, loungers, pétanque court, and complimentary bicycles. "Occimara" features two gardens. The front garden brings Mediterranean charm and scents, while the rear offers a private courtyard with a covered terrace and barbecue—perfect for sharing pleasant evenings. There are two bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower and toilet—very practical after the beach. The beach is just 300 meters away, spacious and rarely crowded. The owners or their representative are always available to ensure a smooth holiday. Bed linens and towels can be provided on request, available for an extra fee.
